Carcassing
Carcassing is the largest department within CWP, and sells length packaged structural softwood to Timber and Builders Merchants. Products are sourced from Latvia, Estonia, Sweden, Canada, and Germany.
Fencing
A range of fencing products has always been part of Continental Wood's portfolio. Offered mainly as Tanalith E treated stock, in both Green and Brown, untreated items are also available.
Pallet Wood
CWP are a major supplier to the UK pallet manufacturing industry. Pallet wood can be either softwood or hardwood, the industry requires very exact cutting tolerances, as automatic pallet making machinery is widely used.
Birch lumber
PAR Birch is supplied to upholstery manufactures and other furniture producers with the main supply of timber being sourced from Latvia, Estonia and Russia.
Furniture Components
Machined furniture chair components and show wood has been increasing year on year and we supply to the main upholstery manufacturers in the UK.
Joinery Redwood
Joinery redwood was a new product line for Continental Wood Products in 2007. The Vika Wood sawmill, became part of the Norvik group in late 2006.
