Albert Marshall

Albert started in the timber trade as office boy in 1965, with R. May & Son Ltd.

Timber then was brought to Peckham in London, along the Surrey Canal via barges from the Surrey docks. In the main office Albert worked in every department within the company and also the yard office, driving mobile cranes and side loaders in the yard to working in the mill. It was at R. May's that he became a sales representative.

Albert has also worked for Meyers and Mackintosh & Partners.

At home, Albert likes to spend time with his best friend (Julie his wife) and his young son, Samuel, who was born September 2006. Samuel tries hard to beat his Dad on the Wii but fails. Albert likes to play guitar and sings along to backing tracks that he has put together himself, he is also a amateur magician (no rabbits though).
