John Phillips
John manages all functions of the Continental Wood Group as the founder, including chartering and logistics. He is also a member of the Administration Board of EWP in Estonia.
Phil Major
Phill's key responsibilities include the sales of softwood and fencing products, marketing, advertising and PR activities.
Nigel Paines
As Softwood Director, Nigel is responsible for purchasing, quality control, stock management and product development. Nigel is also on the Administration Board of CWP's own sawmill in Estonia – EWP.
Frank Plomer
Frank is responsible for sales and purchasing of hardwoods and furniture products, quality control, development and marketing/PR.
Sheila Hutchings
Sheila's responsibilities cover selling anything from the wide range of extensive landed stocks. Her role covers mainly the South East of England including the London Area.
Gary Greenwood
Gary's key role is to look after existing customers and introduce new accounts. His client base is mainly in the north of England.
